<p><b>About the Role :</b><br/><br/>We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Application Specialist (SCM) to join our team on a long-role .

This role is ideal for a professional with deep expertise in Fusion Procurement modules and a strong understanding of supply chain processes.

The selected candidate will play a key role in implementing, customizing, and supporting Oracle Fusion Procurement solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.<br/><br/>The role is in Our offshore development center and will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams across IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and HR.

If you are passionate about Oracle Fusion Procurement, possess strong problem-solving skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this opportunity is for you.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Implementation & Support: Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion Procurement modules to meet evolving business requirements.<br/><br/>- Process Optimization: Analyze current procurement processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.<br/><br/>- Customization & Extensions: Support and deliver customizations to extend the Oracle Fusion Procurement application, aligning it with unique business workflows.<br/><br/>- Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, functional experts, and business users to translate business needs into technical specifications.<br/><br/>- Integrations & Data Migration: Partner with technical teams to manage integrations with other systems and ensure smooth data migration processes.<br/><br/>- Testing & Validation: Develop test scenarios, perform unit and system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).<br/><br/>- Training & Knowledge Sharing: Conduct training sessions for business stakeholders and end users, enabling adoption of Oracle Fusion Procurement functionalities.<br/><br/>- Production Support: Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure seamless operations.<br/><br/>- Reporting: Offer technical support in report development, deployment, and ongoing reporting needs using BI/OTBI tools.<br/><br/>- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with finance, HR, and other business units for smooth inter-module integration and operational alignment.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.<br/><br/>- 5+ years of proven experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement implementation and customization.<br/><br/>- Expertise in Fusion Procurement modules such as :<br/><br/>- Purchasing<br/><br/>- Self-Service Procurement<br/><br/>- Sourcing<br/><br/>- Procurement Contracts<br/><br/>- Supplier Portal<br/><br/>- Supplier Qualification & Supplier Model<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of procurement processes, industry standards, and supply chain best practices.<br/><br/>- Experience with Oracle Cloud technical aspects including Data Conversions (HDL/PBL/HSDL), Transformation Logics, Fast Formulae, BI/OTBI reports.<br/><br/>- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.<br/><br/>- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English.<br/><br/>- Ability to work independently and deliver solutions with minimal guidance.<br/><br/>- Flexibility to support critical business operations outside regular working hours.<br/><br/>- Oracle certifications in Fusion Procurement are highly desirable.<br/><br/>Preferred Skills :<br/><br/>- Master's degree in a related field (Computer Science/Engineering).<br/><br/>- Certifications in Oracle Fusion Middleware, Functional & Technical modules.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience in report development and deployment within Oracle Fusion ERP Procurement.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with integration and automation tools such as Boomi or OIC.<br/><br/>- Exposure to Fixed Asset Tracking Systems and Procurement platforms like iValua.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) for reporting and analytics.<br/><br/><b>Work Culture & Environment :</b><br/><br/>The role requires a full-time presence during standard working hours The environment encourages collaboration, innovation, and accountability, where professionals are expected to bring initiative and problem-solving skills to the table.
