Job description

About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and analyticalSEO & ASO Manager to drive our organic growth across web and mobile platforms.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in bothSearch Engine Optimization (SEO) andApp Store Optimization (ASO), with deep experience inGA4, GTM, and performance tracking.

You will take ownership of end-to-end organic strategies — from keyword research to data-driven insights — to enhance visibility, conversions, and overall ROI.

Key Responsibilities:Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic visibility, keyword rankings, and lead generation.

Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and technical site audits.

Oversee on-page and technical SEO including meta tags, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, crawl budget management, and internal linking architecture.

Collaborate with content teams to ensure all website and blog content is optimized for both users and search engines.

Identify and fix crawl errors, indexation issues, and site structure problems in coordination with the development team.

Track and report SEO performance metrics using GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog .- Create custom dashboards and automated reports in GA4 to monitor KPIs such as sessions, conversions, and engagement metrics.

App Store Optimization (ASO): Design and implement ASO strategies to maximize visibility and conversions on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Conduct app keyword research, competitor analysis, and trend tracking for both platforms.

Optimize titles, descriptions, screenshots, and creative assets to improve CTR and downloads.

Collaborate with design and product teams to enhance app listing performance through A/B testing and creative experimentation.

Monitor app ranking, reviews, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.

Analytics, Tracking & Reporting: Set up and manage tracking through Google Tag Manager (GTM) for events, conversions, and funnel analysis.- Implement and validate data layers, tags, triggers, and variables for accurate tracking across website and app.- Build and maintain advanced GA4 dashboards to measure marketing effectiveness and user behavior.- Analyze multi-channel attribution and create actionable insights to guide SEO and ASO strategy.- Collaborate with tech and marketing teams to ensure all data tracking implementations are error-free and optimized.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, development, and content teams to ensure smooth implementation of SEO & ASO recommendations.

Partner with the paid marketing and analytics teams for unified growth reporting and performance measurement.

Stay up to date with algorithm updates, app store policy changes, and emerging tools or technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

4-5 years of proven experience in SEO, with at least 2+ years in ASO.

Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and data tracking implementation (event setup, conversions, funnels).- Deep knowledge of SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio.- Proficiency with ASO tools such as AppTweak, MobileAction, or Sensor Tower.- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics, and website architecture.- Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets.- Excellent communication and project management skills, with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills: Experience in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and funnel analysis.

Familiarity with app analytics tools such as Firebase or Appsflyer.

Knowledge of automation tools for SEO reporting and data visualization.

Previous experience in SaaS, Fintech, or high-growth startups is a plus.
