Internal Talent Acquisition Partner Job Opening In Bengaluru – Now Hiring Net2Source (N2S)


Job description

Designation- Corporate TA

Location- Manyata Tech Park- Bengaluru (100% onsite)

Shift Timings - 2 PM -11 PM

Work Day- Monday to Friday

Job Overview:

  1. The Corporate Talent Acquisition will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates for in-house requirements.

  2. The role focuses on identifying top talent for our internal recruitment team, which supports US/UK/APAC/EMEA/UAE/Domestic staffing needs.

  3. The ideal candidate will have experience in hiring for similar positions in the staffing industry and a deep understanding of the Indian talent market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Candidate Sourcing & Recruiting:
  2. Source and attract candidates for in-house roles from the Indian market.

  3. Develop targeted recruitment strategies to build talent pipelines for these roles.

  4. Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.

Screening & Interviewing:

  1. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates experience, skill sets, and cultural fit
  2. Manage the interview process, coordinating with internal hiring managers to schedule and conduct interviews.

  3. Utilize behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques to evaluate candidate suitability.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  1. Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and team dynamics.

  2. Provide guidance and recommendations throughout the hiring process, ensuring alignment with company goals.

  3. Maintain effective communication with candidates, providing feedback and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Offer Management:

  1. Lead the offer negotiation process, ensuring competitive packages are offered to selected candidates.

  2. Collaborate with HR and management on the final selection and offer process.

  3. Ensure a seamless onboarding process in coordination with the HR team.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

Experience:

  1. 2+ year of experience in talent acquisition, particularly in hiring for Domestic staffing roles and other operational positions.

  2. Proven ability to source and hire candidates from the Indian market.

Technical Skills:

  1. Proficiency with recruitment tools such as Naukri and LinkedIn
  2. Familiarity with job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.

Soft Skills:

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  2. Ability to handle multiple hirings and meet tight deadlines.

  3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  4. A self-motivated, proactive approach to recruitment.
