<p><p><b>Experience</b><br/><br/>- 8 -11 Years of industry experience with 2 -4 years in delivery/development management<br/><br/><b>Education :</b><br/><br/>- Graduate or Post Graduate in Engineering / Computer Science<br/><br/><b>Required :</b><br/><br/>- Comprehensive knowledge of concepts, principles, practices and procedures in software development including the complete SDLC process.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong experience in project estimation, planning, agile development & delivery<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of design patterns, event driven architecture, and REST services<br/><br/></p><p>- Experienced in hands-on application development, preferably including .net & React technology stacks<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in managing technical competencies and performance of team members.<br/><br/></p><p>- Should have working knowledge on DevOps, microservices & containerization<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience of heading software development teams of 10+ people.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong people management skills<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent verbal, written, presentation and communication skills<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to do an RCA and bring about continuous improvement in the process and the project.<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Drive application software development and delivery on the assigned Project.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure projects are executed on time, on schedule and with high quality<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in the design and architecture of application solutions to business requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Take full ownership of projects/products from development to production<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead and manage teams of 10+ development engineers.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with solution architect and functional consultant to ensure appropriate alignment to technology framework and customer requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain an ongoing awareness of emerging developments and trends in technology that could impact current projects and influence new projects<br/><br/></p><p>- Engage with client and vendors and manage relationships effectively.<br/><br/><b>Desirable :</b><br/><br/>- Hands-on experience in development on low code, process automation or BPM platforms<br/><br/><b>Desired Skills and Experience</b><br/><br/>- Technical team leadership, ASP.NET, Delivery management, React, DevOps, RCA, SDLC, REST</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
