<p>Job Overview:<br/><br/>- Intertec Softwares Pvt Ltd is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) to join our team in Mumbai.<br/><br/>- This is a full-time role that requires the candidate to have proven expertise in business development, IT sales, and enterprise asset management.<br/><br/>- The role focuses on strengthening partnerships and expanding market presence in alignment with the company's strategic direction.<br/><br/> Qualifications and Skills:<br/><br/> Education: BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics.<br/><br/>- MBA preferred but not mandatory.<br/><br/>- Experience: Minimum 7+ years in IT application sales and consultancy, with at least 5 years in a similar business development role.<br/><br/>- Proven experience in business development and IT sales with a focus on enterprise solutions.<br/><br/>Mandatory skill:<br/><br/>- Expertise in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) practices and technologies.<br/><br/>Mandatory skill:<br/><br/>- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with EAM platforms such as Hexagon, Maximo, and SAP PM.<br/><br/>- Ability to execute product sales strategies and drive effective customer engagement.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client and stakeholder relationships.<br/><br/>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess potential business opportunities and risks, and align solutions to client requirements.<br/><br/> Roles and Responsibilities:<br/><br/>- Drive revenue and gross margin targets through new account acquisition and expansion of existing customer relationships (cross-sell & up-sell).<br/><br/>- Build and maintain strong client relationships with regular engagement to improve visibility and trust.<br/><br/>- Present and position Intertec's EAM & APM solutions, articulating value propositions, differentiators, use cases, and customer success stories.<br/><br/>- Understand business requirements, propose tailored solutions, and illustrate solution value in a compelling manner.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with Presales, Service Delivery, Marketing, and Vendor teams to ensure revenue growth, lead generation, and customer satisfaction.<br/><br/>- Participate in RFI/RFP processes, product demonstrations, solution proposals, and Proof-of-Concept (POC) activities to close deals.<br/><br/>- Stay updated on product roadmaps, industry trends, and maintain vendor certifications to support practice readiness.<br/><br/>- Promote opportunities in existing accounts and ensure customer success, retention, and reference ability.<br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
