<p><p><b>Skills :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Microsoft 365 Administration<br/><br/></p><p>- Security Incident Response<br/><br/></p><p>- Network Security<br/><br/></p><p>- Azure Active Directory<br/><br/></p><p>- Windows Server Administration<br/><br/></p><p>- Patch Management<br/><br/></p><p>- Office 365<br/><br/></p><p>- Security Awareness Training</p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><b>Job Title : </b> M365 & Security :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Microsoft 365 Certified : Administrator Expert<br/><br/></p><p>- Microsoft Certified : Cybersecurity Architect Expert<br/><br/></p><p>- ITIL Foundation<br/><br/></p><p>- Enterprise Authentication or Identity Federation Training (vendor or internal)<br/><br/></p><p>- AI-related training or certification will be considered an added : </b> Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience in M365 & : Administration : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Manage user provisioning, mailbox creation, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and overall tenant configurations<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor service health, implement governance policies, and troubleshoot collaboration tool Security & Email Protection : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Configure and maintain Conditional Access, MFA, DLP, and Defender for Office 365<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor and respond to phishing, spam, and malware threats via Defender, Mimecast, or Proofpoint<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform security incident response and impact assessment in alignment with SOC Administration : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Administer SharePoint Online sites, access permissions, storage quotas, and taxonomy<br/><br/></p><p>- Support site lifecycle management, metadata tagging, archival processes, and retention alignment<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot sync issues and coordinate with content owners for collaboration Directory & Hybrid Identity : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Manage AD groups, OU structures, hybrid identity provisioning using AAD Connect<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure seamless identity federation, access synchronization, and RBAC Security Authentication (GSA) : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Implement and maintain GSA protocols for secure service access and identity validation<br/><br/></p><p>- Coordinate GSA onboarding for offshore resources and service accounts<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain authentication workflows and logs for compliance visibility and risk tracking<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with enterprise security teams to optimize federated access policies and identity Management & Reporting : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Oversee subscription tracking, license assignment, and renewal forecasting<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain dashboards for license consumption, access anomalies, and budget planning<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide documentation support for internal audits and compliance Engagement : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Collaborating with Infrastructure, Security, Compliance, Procurement, and regional delivery teams<br/><br/></p><p>- Facilitate KT sessions and resource onboarding<br/><br/></p><p>- Escalate critical issues and support transition Server & Security : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Administer Windows Server environments and Active Directory<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform Windows security patching and ensure compliance with baseline configuration</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
