<p><p><b>About the job :</b><br/><br/><b>Skills :</b><br/><br/>Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Migration, Terraform, Shell Scripting, Ansible, CI/CD, Cloud Architecture, Cloud networking,<br/><br/><b>Job Purpose :</b><br/><br/>To design, deploy, manage, and support scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).<br/><br/>The role involves automation, infrastructure management, and supporting mission-critical workloads, while also contributing to multi-cloud strategies involving AWS or Azure as needed.<br/><br/><b>Certifications :</b><br/><br/>Good to Have : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Certified Architect Associate or Professional<br/><br/>Nice to Have : </p><p><br/></p><p>- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate<br/><br/><b>Experience :</b><br/><br/>- 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in Cloud Engineering with strong hands-on expertise in OCI.<br/><br/>- Exposure to AWS or Azure is a strong plus.<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities (includes All Tasks) :</b><br/><br/>- Design and implement infrastructure solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)<br/><br/>- Deploy and manage OCI core services such as Compute, Networking, Load Balancers, Object Storage, and Databases<br/><br/>- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, or OCI Resource Manager If required<br/><br/>- Configure VCN, subnets, routing, NAT, DRG, and secure communication channels<br/><br/>- Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and high availability strategies<br/><br/>- Monitor system performance and resource utilization using OCI Monitoring and Logging.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with application and security teams to support deployment and maintenance<br/><br/>- Contribute to cloud migration projects, including lift-and-shift or re-architecture<br/><br/>- Ensure security best practices including data encryption (in transit and at rest), IAM configuration, and key management<br/><br/>- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and cloud architecture diagrams<br/><br/>- Provide L2/L3 support for cloud-related incidents and requests<br/><br/>- Support hybrid or multi-cloud environments when required (AWS/Azure)<br/><br/>- Participate in cost optimization and governance practices<br/><br/>- Ready to work 247 rotational Shift.<br/><br/><b>Technical Skills /Competencies :</b><br/><br/><b>MANDATORY :</b><br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)<br/><br/>- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)<br/><br/>- Scripting skills: Shell / Bash / Python / PowerShell<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of cloud networking (VCN, routing, security lists, firewalls)<br/><br/>- OCI IAM roles, policies, and access control<br/><br/>- Logging, monitoring, and alerting on OCI<br/><br/>- Backup and DR design on OCI<br/><br/>- Linux system administration and troubleshooting<br/><br/><b>OPTIONAL :</b><br/><br/>- Exposure to AWS or Azure platform<br/><br/>- Oracle Database Cloud Services management<br/><br/>- Kubernetes / Docker / OCI Container Engine (OKE)<br/><br/>- CI/CD pipeline integration using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions<br/><br/>- Hybrid or multi-cloud experience<br/><br/>- Oracle EBS or Fusion Apps on OCI<br/><br/>- Cloud cost analysis and optimization tools<br/><br/><b>MANDATORY :</b><br/><br/>- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking<br/><br/>- Excellent communication and collaboration skills<br/><br/>- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities<br/><br/>- Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment<br/><br/>- Client-facing Experience Preferred.<br/><br/>- Work Individually<br/><br/><b>Desired Skills and Experience : </b><br/><br/>- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Migration, Terraform, Shell Scripting, Ansible, CI/CD, Cloud Architecture, Cloud networking</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
