<p><p><b>Skills : </b>Automation Frameworks, process integration, orchestration, Node-RED, Zapier, ITSM, REST APIs, cloud services Purpose :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Engineer to join our Automation Center of Excellence (CoE).

This role will be responsible for understanding cross-functional process flows, designing end-to-end automation solutions, and building system integrations that enhance operational efficiency across NOC, SOC, Cloud Managed Services, and internal business functions.

</p><p><br/></p><p>The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years experience in automation engineering, strong expertise in workflow orchestration platforms (preferably n8n), and deep understanding of IT operations, business processes, and enterprise integrations.

The role will also lead new product integrations (e.g., contact center solutions, DRM platforms, HRMS systems), cross-train internal teams, build a team of automation engineers, and actively contribute automation services as value-add offerings in RFP responses to drive competitive advantage.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities Analysis & Design : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with domain SMEs (NOC, SOC, Cloud, Finance, HR, Procurement) to map current processes and identify automation </p><p>opportunities.</p><p><br/></p>- Document AS-IS and TO-BE process flows, incorporating automation logic and integrations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Prioritize automation initiatives based on ROI, complexity, and business Development & Delivery :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Build, deploy, and maintain automation workflows using n8n and related tools.</p><p><br/></p>- Integrate multiple systems (ITSM, monitoring, security, ERP, HRMS, DRM, contact center platforms, procurement) using APIs, </p><p>webhooks, and database connectors.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop reusable automation templates, integration nodes, and orchestration scripts.<br/><br/></p><p>- Enable L1 auto-healing and intelligent workflows for incident Product & Platform Integrations : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Lead automation enablement for new solutions such as contact center platforms, DRM systems, HRMS tools, and other enterprise </p><p>software.</p><p><br/></p>- Design integration frameworks for onboarding new products into Intertecs managed services and automation Building & Team Leadership : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Cross-train internal teams on automation tools, standards, and best practices.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Build and mentor a team of 14 automation engineers to deliver process automation across multiple domains.<br/><br/></p><p>- Foster a culture of automation and continuous improvement within the Enablement & RFP Support : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to include automation capabilities as value-add propositions in RFP responses.</p><p><br/></p>- Provide automation solution designs, sample workflows, and ROI models for & Best Practices : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Establish and maintain automation standards, security guidelines, and documentation.</p><p><br/></p>- Maintain the Automation Library with version-controlled workflows and reusable : Skills & Experience : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- 6-8 years in automation engineering, process integration, or IT operations.</p><p><br/></p>- Proven experience in workflow orchestration platforms (n8n, Node-RED, Zapier, Make/Integromat, or similar).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong background in ITIL processes and enterprise IT environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience integrating monitoring, ITSM, cloud, security, and business applications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in new product integration projects (contact center, DRM, HRMS, ERP, Skills : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, GraphQL, and webhooks.</p><p><br/></p>- Scripting in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python for automation logic.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of cloud services automation (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to AI/ML model integration for predictive or intelligent Skills : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.</p><p><br/></p>- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to lead process discovery workshops and document technical requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Team leadership and mentoring : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Number of process automations delivered per quarter.</p><p><br/></p>- Reduction in manual effort and MTTR for operations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Successful integration of new products into automation workflows.<br/><br/></p><p>- Number of cross-platform integrations implemented.<br/><br/></p><p>- Volume of reusable automation assets contributed to the CoE : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.</p><p><br/></p>- Relevant certifications in automation, cloud, or ITIL preferred.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
