<p><p><b>Description : </b><br/><br/>We are looking for a hands-on Ionic Developer with strong proficiency in Angular, and additional knowledge of native iOS (Swift) and Android (Java) development.
This role is ideal for a mobile app developer who can independently build, integrate, and deploy cross-platform applications, while leveraging native capabilities when Ionic alone cannot meet functional requirements.
You will play a key role in developing location-based features, integrating native plugins, and ensuring seamless app performance and deployment across both the App Store and Play Store.<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Design, develop, and maintain hybrid mobile applications using Ionic Framework and Angular.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement native functionality using Swift (iOS) and Java (Android) when required.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage the complete app lifecycle : build, test, deploy, publish, and maintain.<br/><br/></p><p>- Handle App Store and Play Store deployment, including signing, release management, and issue resolution.<br/><br/></p><p>- Integrate Cordova/Capacitor native plugins and troubleshoot plugin-related issues.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work on location-based features and handle permissions, background services, and native APIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with backend/API teams for REST or GraphQL integrations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Debug and optimize app performance for responsiveness and scalability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and maintain clean, maintainable code.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.<br/><br/><b>Requirements : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Strong hands-on experience with Ionic Framework (v5 or above).<br/><br/></p><p>- Expertise in Angular (v10 or above) and TypeScript.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good understanding of Cordova / Capacitor architecture.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with native mobile development in Swift (iOS) and Java (Android).<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of mobile app build tools, signing, and store submission processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong grasp of RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with mobile debugging tools (Android Studio, Xcode, Chrome DevTools).<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with Git and version control systems.<br/><br/><b>Good to Have :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Experience with Push Notifications, Firebase, or Google Maps APIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to App Analytics, Crashlytics, or Performance Monitoring tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of mobile security, permissions, and privacy standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.<br/><br/><b>Soft Skills :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.<br/><br/></p><p>- Detail-oriented and proactive in handling issues.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
