<p>Service Sales Manager<br/><br/>Locations: Delhi, NCR | Bangalore, Karnataka<br/><br/>Experience 5 - 12 Years (Bangalore)<br/><br/>Employment Type: Full-time<br/><br/>Job Summary:<br/><br/>We're looking for driven and experienced Service Sales Managers to join a leading multinational corporation in Delhi and Bangalore.<br/><br/> If you're an IT sales professional with a proven track record of 5+ years, expertise in engaging with Global Capability Center (GCC) clients, and a strong knack for closing significant deals, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:<br/><br/>- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed service sales targets within the assigned territory.<br/><br/>- Client Acquisition: Identify, pursue, and acquire new clients, with a strong focus on Global Capability Center (GCC) logos.<br/><br/>- Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts to foster long-term partnerships.<br/><br/>- Deal Closure: Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to closure, expertly negotiating terms and conditions to secure profitable deals.<br/><br/>- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and inform sales strategies.<br/><br/>- Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, accurately forecast sales, and report on progress using CRM tools.<br/><br/>- Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure seamless client engagement and service delivery.<br/><br/>Required Skills & Delhi: 5-18 years of experience in IT Service Sales.<br/><br/>- Bangalore: 5-12 years of experience in IT Service Sales.<br/><br/>- Domain Expertise: Proven experience in IT Sales, specifically within the services sector.<br/><br/>- Client Focus: Demonstrated expertise in engaging with and closing deals with Global Capability Center (GCC) logos is mandatory.<br/><br/>- Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with a track record of closing large-scale deals.<br/><br/>- Business Development: Ability to identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities.<br/><br/>- Industry Background (Preferred): Candidates with a background from companies like Allegis, ITC Infotech, TEKsystems, Randstad, or similar organizations are highly preferred.<br/><br/>- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br/><br/>- Self-Motivated: Highly driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented</p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
