<p><p><b>Description :</b><br/><br/></p><p>Key Responsibilities :<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules (new and existing).<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Implement and configure Odoo ERP to meet business requirements.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and services.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and connectors for Odoo.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices, and maintain coding standards.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications :</b><br/><br/></p><p><br/>- 7+ years of experience in Odoo development (versions 13/14/15/16).<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Strong expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo ORM.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Hands-on experience with Odoo module development, customization, and deployment.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Good understanding of business workflows (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Experience in Odoo API integration (REST/SOAP, XML-RPC).<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies : JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, QWeb.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Proficient with Git, Docker, and deployment practices.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.<br/><br/><b>Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills :</b><br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Experience with Odoo.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- sh and Odoo Enterprise Edition.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Knowledge of Linux server administration.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Contribution to the Odoo community (open-source projects, modules)</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
