<p><p><b>Job Summary:</b><br/><br/>- The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.<br/><br/>- This role involves developing and executing strategies to expand the customer base, entering new markets, and fostering long-term partnerships.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br/><br/><b>Lead Generation & Prospecting:</b><br/><br/>- Identify and qualify potential business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.<br/><br/>- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and leads.<br/><br/><b>Client Relationship Management:</b><br/><br/>- Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.<br/><br/>- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.<br/><br/><b>Sales Strategy & Execution:</b><br/><br/>- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals.<br/><br/>- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.<br/><br/>- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.<br/><br/><b>Market Analysis:</b><br/><br/>- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.<br/><br/>- Gather feedback from clients and market intelligence to inform product development and marketing strategies.<br/><br/><b>Collaboration & Coordination:</b><br/><br/>- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.<br/><br/>- Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and progress.<br/><br/><b>Networking & Brand Building:</b><br/><br/>- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.<br/><br/>- Promote the companys products and services to enhance brand Bachelors /master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.<br/><br/>- 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.<br/><br/>- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.<br/><br/>- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.<br/><br/>- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.<br/><br/>- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.<br/><br/>- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite</p><br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
