<p><p><b>About the Role</b><br/><br/>Are you a cloud enthusiast and IT infrastructure expert who thrives on building relationships and driving high-value sales?

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of digital transformationpartnering with C-level stakeholders, aligning with technical teams, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client business objectives.<br/><br/>You will own the account strategy, grow strategic partnerships, and unlock new business opportunities across key enterprise and government clients.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br/><br/><b>Sales & Business Development</b><br/><br/>- Lead end-to-end sales cycles for Cloud, SD-WAN, IDC, Cybersecurity, IoT, and IT Infrastructure solutions.<br/><br/>- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth, customer retention, and strategic alignment.<br/><br/>- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.<br/><br/><b>Client Relationship Management</b><br/><br/>- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and decision-makers across key accounts.<br/><br/>- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and aligning technology solutions accordingly.<br/><br/>- Conduct regular business reviews and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.<br/><br/><b>Solution Selling & Collaboration</b><br/><br/>- Work closely with pre-sales, solution architects, and product teams to craft customized proposals and RFP responses.<br/><br/>- Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and solution walkthroughs.<br/><br/>- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and translate that knowledge into business opportunities.<br/><br/><b>Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence</b><br/><br/>- Identify whitespace opportunities within existing accounts and define strategies to capture them.<br/><br/>- Conduct competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and market research to support go-to-market planning.<br/><br/>- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and partner discussions.<br/><br/><b>Who You Are</b><br/><br/>- 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT sales, with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding targets.<br/><br/>- Demonstrated success in selling Cloud services, Internet Data Centers (IDC), SD-WAN, Cybersecurity, and IT Infrastructure solutions.<br/><br/>- Strong network and relationships in enterprise and public sector organizations in your region.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.<br/><br/>- Deep understanding of digital transformation drivers, enterprise IT ecosystems, and solution-based selling.<br/><br/>Location:- Hyderabad (ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES), Mumbai , Noida<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
