Urgent! IT Analyst - Oracle GTM Module Job Opening In India, India – Now Hiring SK HR Consultants
<p><p><b>Position Summary : </b><br/><br/></p><p>We are looking for an IT Analyst with experience on Oracle OTM/GTM Cloud at our Global Shared Services Office at Hyderabad.
This position is responsible to<br/><br/></p><p>- Support and maintain the existing OTM/GTM cloud Production environment<br/><br/></p><p>- Help with testing Quarterly updates from Oracle and rolling out new features<br/><br/></p><p>- Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle OTM/GTM Cloud.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead the integration of Oracle OTM/GTM Cloud with Microsoft D365 ERP and other ERP applications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application Responsible Areas : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Providing production support for Logistics Applications<br/><br/></p><p>- To assist in implementation of OTM solution across CS business units.<br/><br/></p><p>- Gather and document business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, end user training.
<br/><br/></p><p>- Facilitate solution design workshops<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop business process designs, perform functional configuration and perform unit testing<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop conversion and system implementation plans.<br/><br/></p><p>- Identify functionality gaps and provide solutions for them<br/><br/></p><p>- Write function design documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions<br/><br/></p><p>- Support business users with the execution of test scripts<br/><br/></p><p>- Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/key stakeholders on a regular basis<br/><br/></p><p>- Consistently produces clear and concise status reports<br/><br/></p><p>- To work in collaboration with oracle support for resolving critical bugs<br/><br/></p><p>- To work independently on projects and production support with minimum supervision<br/><br/></p><p>- Working with solution architects and technical SMEs to translate project requirements into solution designs, project estimates, and activity plans.
</p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><p><b>Desired Candidate Experience : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Should be familiar with implementing Inbound and Outbound processes with in-depth experience in OTM Configuration for all processes including Order Management, Shipment Planning, Shipment Execution, Freight Settlement and Claims<br/><br/></p><p>- Must have at least 1 end to end implementation experience with Oracle OTM/GTM Cloud<br/><br/></p><p>- Should have a good understanding of the OTM architecture<br/><br/></p><p>- Should have excellent knowledge on agents, saved queries, workflows and user configurations<br/><br/></p><p>- Should have good hands-on experience in debugging/troubleshooting critical configuration issues<br/><br/></p><p>- Should have excellent knowledge OTM/GTM data model and to write scripts in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL<br/><br/></p><p>- OTM Integration experience with external systems and knowledge on XSLT, XML profiles, OTM Schema, EDI, XML mappings will be an added Technical Skills : </b> Experience in Oracle OTM and GTM modules</p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><b>Nice to have skills : </b> Functional knowledge of other Logistics Skills : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Ability to lead and motivate personnel<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong organizational skills<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong verbal, written, and technical communication<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical : </b> Oracle Cloud OTM/GTM Certification is background : </b> 6+ years experience as OTM Education : </b> Have a bachelors degree or related discipline.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
