Job Description: - We are seeking a results-driven ERP Program Manager with strong JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) expertise to lead the design, delivery, and sustainment of E1 roadmap.
You will own execution across upgrades to (and code-current on) Release 9.2, platform stability, integrations, and data lifecycle optimization—ensuring the ERP meets business objectives and compliance expectations in a regulated (GxP) environment 
Responsibilities:
Program/Project Delivery & Governance
• Own end-to-end delivery of E1 projects (rollouts, upgrades, enhancements), driving scope, timeline, cost, risks, and stakeholder communication
• Define and track business case & KPIs (performance, stability, adoption), reporting to IT leadership and business sponsors.
• Lead budgeting, vendor SOWs, and delivery oversight for system integrators and tool vendors.
E1 Platform Management (9.2, UX & Extensibility) 
• Orchestrate 9.2 upgrades and code-current cadence (incl.
64-bit considerations), minimizing retrofit through UX One/UDOs and configuration-over-customization.
• Champion UX One role-based pages and UDOs (watchlists, grid formats, personal forms) to improve user experience and reduce technical debt.
CNC & Change Management 
• Coordinate CNC administration with internal/hosting teams (environment strategy, security, Server Manager, package build/deploy, ESU/ASU cadence).
• Govern OMW roles & allowed actions and enforce change controls across Dev/Test/Prod.
• Monitor SLAs for availability, performance, capacity, and audit readiness with hosting partners.
Integrations & Automation 
• Design and lead system integrations using E1 Orchestrator (REST) and approved frameworks (AIS/BSSV/REST); coordinate with adjacent platforms (e.g., Salesforce CRM, analytics).
• Promote process automation and event-driven patterns leveraging Orchestrator.
Data Lifecycle, Performance & Reliability
• Drive data archiving/purge strategy to optimize performance and manage risk, following Oracle purge controls and proven JDE archiving practices.
• Oversee performance tuning (UBEs, indexes, batch schedules) and resilience (job queues, monitoring, incident/problem mgmt.).
Quality, Compliance & CSV (GxP) 
• Embed CSV deliverables across the lifecycle (requirements traceability, risk assessments, test protocols, change controls)
• Ensure security & data integrity practices (role design, SoD considerations, audit trails) and support inspections/audits.
People Leadership & Communication
• Lead and mentor internal/external team members (functional, technical, CNC); set objectives and ensure delivery excellence.
• Provide executive-ready communication, clear stakeholder updates, and business change management.
Qualifications: 
• Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering/IT (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years in ERP (with deep JD Edwards E1 exposure) and 5+ years leading projects/vendor delivery.
• Strong knowledge of E1 architecture with CNC coordination (environments, security, Server Manager, package build/deploy, ESU/ASU).
• Proven success delivering 9.2 upgrades/code-current programs and optimizing functional solutions with minimal customization via UX One/UDOs.
• Experience with integration patterns for E1 (AIS/BSSV/REST) and Orchestrator-based automation.
• Solid grasp of ERP data model & file relationships and performance tuning for large E1 footprints.
• Demonstrated delivery in regulated (GxP) environments with CSV/GAMP-5 practices.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, risk/budget management, and cross-functional leadership.
