<p><p><b>Job Description :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>The IT Manager will be responsible for managing and strengthening the companys IT infrastructure, applications, and systems across Head Office, plants, and branches.<br/><br/> The role involves ERP implementation, IT project management, software administration, vendor coordination, IT security, and compliance.<br/><br/> The position ensures seamless technology operations that support business growth and efficiency.</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities : </b></p><br/><p>- Lead ERP implementation, evaluation, and documentation of departmental workflows and requirements.</p><p><br/>- Evaluate existing applications to identify process gaps and improvement areas.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide leadership and regular guidance to the IT team for smooth day-to-day operations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage IT infrastructure projects (new and existing setups), including servers, networks, UPS, </p><p>and CCTV systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Evaluate, test, and implement helpdesk software solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Analyze and implement new IT hardware and software requirements as per business needs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Oversee purchase of IT products and services in line with company requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Administer and provide user support for software (Spine HRMS, CRM, Zoho Projects, Tally ERP, etc.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage email systems and ensure reliable communication channels across all branches.<br/><br/></p><p>- Coordinate with vendors for internet services, IT support, and statutory compliance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor IT infrastructure PAN India, ensuring connectivity, data backups, and complaint </p><p>resolution.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Maintain IT assets, spares, and inventories across Head Office and all branches.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure compliance with software licensing, audits, and regulatory/statutory requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct preventive maintenance of IT systems, networks, and equipment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain complaint logs and prepare regular IT performance reports.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure IT security measures and surveillance systems are operational across all sites.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors for smooth IT functioning.</p><br/><p><b>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) : </b></p><br/><br/><p>- Achievement of ERP implementation milestones within defined timelines.<br/><br/></p><p>- IT infrastructure uptime (servers, networks, UPS) maintained above 98% </p><p><br/></p><p>- Resolution of IT tickets/issues within agreed SLAs.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Timely renewal and 100% compliance of all software licenses.</p><p><br/>- Accuracy of IT asset and inventory records across all locations.<br/><br/></p><p>- CCTV and surveillance uptime above 95% across plants and branches.<br/><br/></p><p>- Reduction in repeat complaints through effective root cause analysis.<br/><br/></p><p>- Vendor response and resolution timelines met consistently across HO and branches.</p><br/><p><b>Key Skills & Competencies : </b></p><br/><p>- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, IT infrastructure, and network management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Expertise in software administration (HRMS, CRM, Zoho, Tally, etc.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good understanding of IT compliance, licensing, and statutory requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting ability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent vendor management and coordination skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within & Experience : </b></p><br/><p>- Bachelors/Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- Professional certifications (e., ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, or ERP-related) preferred.</p><p><br/>- 1015 years of experience in IT infrastructure and systems management, with at least 35 years in a managerial role.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in ERP implementation and PAN India IT operations strongly preferred</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
