<p>Responsibilities :<br/><br/>- Conceptualise, define, and manage technology projects from end-to-end, working closely with the development and business teams.<br/><br/>- Participate in estimations with tech and business teams and draft it using standard templates<br/><br/>- Communicate and track the project progress to cross-functional teams, ensuring its overall success.<br/><br/>- Ensure progress of multiple projects against schedule, within budget and to high quality standards.<br/><br/>- Lead the end-to-end life-cycle of IT projects, from initiation through delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.<br/><br/>- Develop comprehensive project plans that define objectives, timelines, resources, and risk management strategies.<br/><br/>- Monitor project progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements.<br/><br/>- Collect and analyze project data (timelines, resources, costs) to provide actionable insights and make informed decisions.<br/><br/>- Regularly report on project status and performance metrics to stakeholders, offering recommendations based on data trends.<br/><br/>- Collaborates with a diverse multi-disciplinary global team to understand business needs and outcomes and works closely with key stakeholders across the company to deliver<br/><br/>- Act as the primary liaison between project teams, business stakeholders, and senior management, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.<br/><br/>- Present project updates, key findings, and recommendations to stakeholders, using data visualization and reports to illustrate project progress.<br/><br/>- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative analysis to develop mitigation strategies.<br/><br/>- Resolve project issues proactively by analyzing root causes and facilitating problem-solving within the project team.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring they are translated into technical specifications and project goals.<br/><br/>- Ensure that all project deliverables meet business and technical needs by consistently revisiting requirements throughout the project lifecycle.<br/><br/>- Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and expenditures align with financial forecasts.<br/><br/>- Work with finance and procurement teams to optimize resource allocation and vendor contracts to support project objectives.<br/><br/>- Conduct regular performance assessments by analyzing project data and identifying opportunities to optimize workflows, resource allocation, and timelines.<br/><br/>- Implement continuous improvements based on post-project evaluations, leveraging data from completed projects to refine future planning and execution.<br/><br/>- Define, manage, and improve the development process.<br/><br/>- Mentor/educate team members and peers in project management methods and best practices.<br/><br/>- Manage and drive change where needed to core operational processes, dynamically reacting to evolving client needs and competing priorities.<br/><br/>- Manage each major and minor platform release worldwide, then collect and share valuable lessons learned.<br/><br/>- Help global teams to juggle schedules and resources.<br/><br/>- Effectively communicate objectives and updates to all key stakeholders.<br/><br/>Requirements :<br/><br/>- Overall experience of around 4-17 years with minimum of 2 years in large scale system project management <br/><br/>- Minimum 2 years of hands on experience of working in Agile Scrum methodology as a scrum Master<br/><br/>- Should have experience of planning, executing and monitoring a Sprint of minimum two weeks<br/><br/>- Should be aware of agile planning techniques like poker planning<br/><br/>- Should be good at handling multiple projects and multitasking<br/><br/>- Hands on in reporting the fortnightly, monthly project status to the stakeholders<br/><br/>- Self-starter, comfortable with implementing and executing Agile development processes and accepting responsibility for seeing projects through to completion.<br/><br/>- Previous responsibility as a technical lead or development manager as a consultant is highly desirable.</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
