Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development with a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), Workflow Service Delivery (WSD), and Customer Service Management (CSM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement customized ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
- Develop and configure ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, WSD, and CSM.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform system analysis, design, and testing of ServiceNow applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow modules.
- Maintain and upgrade ServiceNow platforms and ensure system security and performance.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow trends, tools, and technologies.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow Development.
- In-depth knowledge of ITSM, HRSD, WSD, and CSM modules.
- Expertise in scripting languages like JavaScript and Glide API.
- Experience in creating and managing workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and data models.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide solutions.
Certifications (Preferred):
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Additional Information:
- Immediate to 15 days notice period preferred.
Willingness to work from Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Chennai office locations.
