As a Solution Architect, you will lead the design, optimization, and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions for Project Execution platforms such as Planview and iTWO.
You will collaborate with multi-functional teams, gain deep insights into business processes, and ensure seamless integration across project planning, execution, and financial control domains.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
 Architect and oversee end-to-end solutions for project execution platforms, focusing on Planview and iTWO. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand difficulties and translate them into scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions. Lead solution evaluation, effort estimation, and risk assessment for new implementations and upgrades. Ensure integration with enterprise systems via PE Integration layers and maintain a single source of truth across modules. Drive architecture reviews, quality assurance, and compliance and security standards. Support Digital Decision Board (DDB) processes for licensing and cost approvals. Continuously enhance the performance of existing solution designs, identifying inefficiencies, optimizing system architecture, and implementing improvements to ensure scalability, reliability, and speed. What You Bring 
 10+ years of overall IT experience after a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred. 5 to 6+ years of experience as IT architect, with at least 4 full-cycle implementations. Strong expertise in Planview OR iTWO, including modules for scheduling, financials, risk management, and reporting. Familiarity in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP), microservices, and distributed systems. Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes), relational and NoSQL databases, and Agile/LEAN principles. Superb communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
