            Job Description
            
                <p><p><b>Description:</b><br/><br/>- Identify and qualify potential clients using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms.<br/><br/>- Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges, technology needs, and project requirements.<br/><br/>- Present and pitch relevant IT services, including web development, mobile apps, AI/ML, blockchain, and digital transformation solutions.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals, quotations, and functional requirement documents (FRDs).<br/><br/>- Conduct client calls, product demos, and negotiate terms to secure project approvals.<br/><br/>- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update all activities in the CRM system.<br/><br/>- Achieve or exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets.<br/><br/>- Provide weekly reports on sales progress, challenges, and key metrics.<br/><br/>- Research and implement innovative lead generation and outreach strategies.<br/><br/>- Refine communication templates, LinkedIn messaging, and calling techniques to improve conversion rates.<br/><br/>- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and global market opportunities.<br/><br/><b>Required Qualifications & Skills:</b><br/><br/>- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT services sector.<br/><br/>- Proven track record of successfully managing full sales cycles and meeting revenue targets.<br/><br/>- Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and other lead generation platforms.<br/><br/>- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br/><br/>- Ability to work independently and take initiative.<br/><br/>- Understanding of web/mobile development, AI/ML, blockchain, and digital transformation technologies is highly preferred.<br/><br/>- Willingness to work across multiple time zones and international markets</p><br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
