We are also trusted by multinational brands like Decathlon, MindTickle, JC Decaux, and Automation Anywhere amongst Description :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p><p>We are seeking a QA Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our Quality Assurance team.
The ideal candidate must have a strong technical understanding of modern web automation frameworks and tools like Selenium, Appium etc with hands-on experience of working with these tools.</p></p><p><br/>The QA engineer will be responsible for automating tests with an aggressive test strategy and ensuring high-quality software delivery through a good mix of automated and manual testing processes.</p><p><br/>This role requires technical expertise in web testing tooling, plus the ability to collaborate & communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure high quality engineering & Desired Candidate Profile : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Technology / MCA.</p><p><br/></p>- Minimum 1years of experience in software testing<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent testing, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good experience in web, mobile and backend API testing with tools like Selenium, Appium, BrowserStack, Postman and other low or no code tools etc.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript etc.)<br/><br/></p><p>- Good understanding of SQL and database and Responsibilities : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Design exhaustive test suite for a given application or feature</p><p><br/></p>- Own QA for your builds by designing, writing & executing high quality test cases - both automated & manual as an individual contributor.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure each build is in line with the PRDs from both functional and non-functional aspects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Being vocal about product requirements and suggesting positive changes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work with engineering leads and product managers to refine test cases and strategy, if needed.<br/><br/></p><p>- Gain deep product & business context of the products to highlight defects and increase overall product quality.<br/><br/></p><p>- Optimise QA efforts provided by QAs to have right balance of effort and quality and ensure timely QA sign-off<br/><br/></p><p>- Identify, document and track issues using JIRA or equivalent.<br/><br/></p><p>- Execute and monitor automated and manual test cases, analyze results, and report findings to stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure compliance with software quality standards and security best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive improvements in test automation, explore new tools and technologies, and enhance the overall QA to Have : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Automation experience with TestSigma, BrowserStack, Katalon, Appium etc.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience in perf or load testing using custom scripts or JMeter etc.<br/><br/></p></p><p>- Experience in B2B Travel, Expense or Fintech products</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
