<p><p><b>Role Overview : </b><br/><br/>We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) Consultant with a strong track record in delivering end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Compliance Management, Customs Management, Intrastat, and Risk Management, with a proven ability to design, configure, and integrate SAP GTS with ECC/S4 systems and external solutions.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/><b>Compliance Management : </b><br/><br/>- Configure and support Sanctioned Party List (SPL) Screening, Embargo Checks, Export & Import Legal Controls.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and automated screening processes.<br/><br/><b>Customs Management : </b><br/><br/>- Manage Export/Import Declarations, Product Classification (HTS, ECCN), Transit Procedures, and Trade Documentation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Set up and maintain electronic communication channels with customs authorities.<br/><br/><b>Intrastat & Risk Management : </b><br/><br/>- Configure Intrastat filing processes and reporting.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement Preference Determination and manage Long-Term Supplier Declarations (LTSDs) for vendors and customers.<br/><br/><b>Configuration & Integration : </b><br/><br/>- Perform configuration of FTO, Legal Units, Feeder System Assignments, Legal Regulations, Numbering Schemes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Integrate SAP GTS with ECC/S4 systems, SEEBURGER, and external data providers for sanction and classification lists.<br/><br/><b>Master Data & System Maintenance : </b><br/><br/>- Handle Product Classification and Duty Rate uploads.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain system stability and data accuracy across connected environments.<br/><br/><b>Project Delivery & Support : </b><br/><br/>- Lead and contribute to end-to-end SAP GTS implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and production support.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deliver functional specifications, UAT scripts, training manuals, and coordinate with RICEFW teams.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications : </b><br/><br/>- 10+ years of strong SAP GTS functional experience.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven expertise in Compliance, Customs, Intrastat, and Risk Management modules.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on configuration and integration knowledge with ECC/S4 systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with SEEBURGER, external sanction list providers, and global trade data handling.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong documentation, testing, and training delivery experience.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to work in global, cross-cultural teams.<br/><br/><b>Nice to Have : </b><br/><br/>- Prior consulting experience in large-scale SAP GTS global implementations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to Trade Preference Agreements and Free Trade Zones.<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of regulatory changes in international trade compliance.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
