Responsibilities:</b></p><br/><p>- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements across Oracle OM, MFG, Costing, Production Scheduling, and Procurement modules.</p><br/><p>- Design, configure, and validate solutions in Oracle EBS R12 (12.x preferred) to address business challenges and process improvements.</p><br/><p>- Provide end-to-end support for Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.</p><br/><p>- Support Manufacturing and Cost Accounting processes, including WIP, BOM, and inventory valuation.</p><br/><p>- Work closely with technical teams to design custom solutions, reports, and integrations while maintaining Oracle best practices.</p><br/><p>- Prepare and review functional design documents (MD50) and validate corresponding technical design documents (MD70).</p><br/><p>- Conduct fit-gap analysis, identify process improvements, and recommend enhancements.</p><br/><p>- Support UAT, regression testing, and production deployments in collaboration with QA and technical teams.</p><br/><p>- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Oracle EBS modules, ensuring stability and accuracy of business transactions.</p><br/><p>- Act as the primary liaison between business users, IT, and Oracle support for functional incidents or system changes.</p><br/><p>- Train business users on new functionality and process changes.</p><br/><p><b>Functional Expertise Required:</b></p><br/><p>- Order Management (OM): Pricing setup, workflows, fulfillment, invoicing, and shipping integration.</p><br/><p>- Manufacturing (MFG): BOM, WIP, Routings, and Resource management.</p><br/><p>- Cost Accounting: Standard costing, overhead setup, cost roll-up, and variance analysis.</p><br/><p>- Production Scheduling: Discrete manufacturing and planning integration.</p><br/><p>- Procurement: Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Sourcing, and Receiving.</p><br/><p>- Strong understanding of Inventory (INV) processes and their integration with OM and MFG.</p><br/><p>- Exposure to Supply Chain Planning and inter-module integrations is highly desirable.</p><br/><p><b>Required Skills & Qualifications:</b></p><br/><p>- 6-10 years of functional experience in Oracle EBS (R12), specifically across OM, MFG, Costing, and Procurement.</p><br/><p>- Experience in full lifecycle Oracle ERP implementations, enhancements, and production support.</p><br/><p>- Strong ability to analyze and map business processes to Oracle functionality.</p><br/><p>- Proficient in writing functional documents, test scripts, and training materials.</p><br/><p>- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with global teams and business users.</p><br/><p>- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.</p><br/><p><b>Preferred / Nice to Have:</b></p><br/><p>- Experience in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) SCM modules or migration projects.</p><br/><p>- Knowledge of Oracle APEX or BI Publisher for reporting.</p><br/><p>- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.</p><br/><p>- Certification in Oracle SCM / Manufacturing / Order Management modules.</p><br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
