Saarthee is based out of Philadelphia, USA with office in UK and India.<br/><br/><b>Position Summary : </b><br/><br/>We are seeking a Java Architect with deep expertise in the Payments Domain to define, architect, and scale distributed, high-volume systems.
This role balances strategic technical leadership with hands-on problem-solving and collaboration, ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, and future-ready payment platforms.<br/><br/><b>Your Role Responsibilities and Duties : </b><br/><br/>- Own end-to-end architecture and design for high-scale, distributed services in the payment's ecosystem.</p><p><br/>- Drive technical vision, best practices, and architectural standards across teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay hands-on with prototyping, debugging, and complex problem-solving.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and Engineering Managers.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Mentor engineers across levels, fostering innovation and growth.<br/><br/></p><p>- Evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance developer productivity and system performance.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills and Qualifications : </b><br/><br/>- 10 - 14 years of backend engineering experience.</p><p><br/>- Expertise in Java (11+), Spring Boot, REST APIs, and AWS Cloud.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong proficiency in Payments Domain with proven experience in high-volume, distributed systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in system design, scaling, performance optimization, and security.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on with Microservices, NoSQL databases, RDBMS, and caching techniques.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency with cloud platforms, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins).<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of at least one additional programming language (Go, Python preferred).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum).<br/><br/><p><b>What we Offer : </b></p><p><br/>- Bootstrapped and financially stable with high pre-money evaluation.</p></p><p><br/></p><p>- Above industry renumerations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Additional compensation tied to Renewal and Pilot Project Execution.<br/><br/></p><p>- Additional lucrative business development compensation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Firm building opportunities that offer stage for holistic professional development, growth, and branding.<br/><br/></p><p>- Empathetic, excellence and result driven organization.
