This leadership role combines deep technical expertise with architectural finesse to drive impactful solutions using the latest Java technologies and cloud platforms.
The ideal candidate is passionate about innovation, mentoring teams, and shaping robust microservices architectures with seamless integration across UI, backend, and cloud Responsibilities : </b></p><br/></p><p>- Own the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-grade Java applications, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud, architected for resilience and elasticity in cloud environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design and optimize responsive and dynamic front-end solutions using Angular (v8+) and TypeScript, ensuring excellent user experience.<br/><br/></p><p>- Define API strategies, security models including OAuth2/OIDC, JSON Web Tokens (JWT), and implement performance tuning across layers.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead collaboration with UI/UX designers, DevOps, QA, and Product Management teams to deliver integrated solutions aligned with business goals.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, fostering best practices in coding, testing, security, and deployment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive continuous improvements in architecture, tools, and processes, embracing DevSecOps principles and infrastructure-as-code Skills and Experience : </b></p><p><br/></p>- 15+ years of experience in enterprise application development with a strong emphasis on Java and related frameworks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and microservices design principles.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficient in Angular (RxJS, TypeScript) with at least 5 years of experience building component-based UIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deep understanding of API gateways, authorization frameworks (OAuth2/OIDC, JWT), and API security best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines leveraging tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Cloud Build.<br/><br/></p><p>- Expert knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services (Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, Firestore) with proven cloud architecture skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation for automated infrastructure provisioning and / Good-to-Have Skills : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Telecom domain expertise including SIP, RTP, WebRTC, VoIP call handling, and secure networking protocols.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience designing real-time communication platforms with focus on security and Join Us?</b></p><p><br/></p>- Lead cutting-edge projects in a dynamic environment focused on innovation and technology excellence.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams driving enterprise transformation on cloud-native stacks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Competitive packages, career growth opportunities, and a culture that values technical leadership and learning.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
