The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-performance, scalable, and responsive applications using modern Java frameworks.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Design, develop, and maintain reactive applications using Java and related frameworks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement Reactive Programming paradigms to improve application performance and </p><p>responsiveness.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay updated with new technologies, frameworks, and trends in Java and reactive Skills & Experience :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- 6 - 8 years of hands-on experience in Java development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong experience with Reactive Programming frameworks such as Project Reactor, RxJava, or Akka.</p><p><br/>- Solid understanding of Spring Boot, Spring WebFlux, or similar frameworks.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-native applications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and caching mechanisms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Skills :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Familiarity with message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of unit testing frameworks such as JUnit or TestNG.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
