<p><p><b>Job Title : Java Developer</b><br/><br/><b>Location : Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad (Work From Office only)</b><br/><br/><b>Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days</b><br/><br/><b>Job Description : </b><br/><br/>We are looking for a seasoned Java Developer with strong hands-on experience in enterprise-grade application development, especially in microservices and event-driven architectures.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Analyze user stories and convert them into functional, high-quality software.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with leads, engineers, architects, product managers, and stakeholders to understand technical and functional needs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop robust and scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Java, Spring frameworks, and Kafka.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and continuous integration practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor and maintain APIs using ELK and Dynatrace dashboards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work in an Agile/Scrum/Kanban team environment using tools such as JIRA.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Experience : </b><br/><br/>- <b>6+ years of hands-on experience in : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Java, Spring, Spring MVC, Struts 2, and Microservices<br/><br/></p><p>- Event-driven architecture using Kafka<br/><br/></p><p>- RESTful APIs and API documentation tools (preferably Swagger)<br/><br/></p><p>- <b>CI/CD tools</b> : Bitbucket, Maven, Jenkins, Sonar<br/><br/></p><p>- Git with advanced branching strategies<br/><br/></p><p>- <b>Relational Databases</b> : Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, including SQL scripting<br/><br/></p><p>- API testing and tools like SoapUI or Postman<br/><br/></p><p>- <b>Data handling</b> : manipulation, migration, scrubbing, flat file staging/uploading<br/><br/></p><p>- <b>Monitoring tools : </b> ELK, & Database : </b></p><p><br/>- Azure Cloud exposure</p><br/></p><p>- NoSQL experience (preferably Cosmos exposure</b> : jQuery, ReactJS, JSON, JavaScript</p><p><br/><b>Additional Technology Experience (Good to Have) : </b></p><br/>- Perl<br/><br/></p><p>- Classic ASP<br/><br/></p><p>- ColdFusion<br/><br/><b>Qualifications : </b><br/><br/>- Bachelors degree in computer science or related field<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong verbal and written communication skills<br/><br/></p><p>- Passion for quality code and automated testing<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
