Your work profile:

Java Full Stack Architect,

We are seeking a seasoned Java Fullstack Architect at the Associate Director level to lead cloud transformation initiatives, drive presales engagements, and architect scalable solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud migration, VMware, GCVE, GKE, and a strong understanding of networking and security.

This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on technical skills and the ability to engage with clients, estimate solutions, and lead delivery teams.

• Full-Stack Development: Lead by example in designing and developing end-to-end full-stack solutions.
  
  Take ownership of both front-end and back-end development to deliver high-quality, scalable software.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of engineers, helping them grow their technical skills while also fostering collaboration and innovation within the team.
• Architecture & Design: Contribute to the architectural direction and make key decisions on frameworks, tools, and platforms.
  
  Ensure the technical foundation is robust, scalable, and secure.
• Hands-On Involvement: Be actively involved in coding and debugging across the stack.
  
  You’ll take ownership of complex, high-impact features while ensuring best practices in code quality, testing, and design.
• Process Improvement: Implement Agile best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  Optimize workflows and development processes to ensure smooth execution and high-quality delivery.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, UX/UI, QA, Operations) to ensure alignment across projects and identify new opportunities for technical innovation.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards for code quality through code reviews, testing practices (unit, integration), and automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions to senior leadership.
  
  Ensure effective communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 10+ years of professional software development experience with 3+ years in a leadership or mentoring role.
• Full-Stack Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with both front-end (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java, Python, Ruby on Rails).
  
  Familiarity with modern frameworks, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and API design.
• Architecture & Design: Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end technical solutions.
  
  Knowledge of software architecture patterns and best practices for building scalable and secure applications.
• Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  
  Strong understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible).
