As a Software Engineering - Developer at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions.

Technical Leadership :

• Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performing Java-based applications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Design and Development :

• Architect, design, and develop robust and scalable Java applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Code Review and Best Practices :

• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and agile methodologies.
• Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and reduce technical debt.

Problem Solving :

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.

Collaboration :

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and Product Management.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Project Delivery :

• Manage and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.:
• Core Java : Strong expertise in Java, including Java 8+ features like streams, lambdas, and functional programming.
• Frameworks : Hands-on experience with Spring (Core, Boot, Security, Data) and Hibernate.
• Microservices : Proven experience in designing and developing microservices using Spring Boot.
• Database : Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Web Technologies : Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services.
• Tools and Platforms : Knowledge of build tools (Maven/Gradle), version control systems (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud : Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Agile : Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Testing : Strong experience with unit testing and integration testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, etc.

Required Skills and Experience

• 8 years of experience in Core Java: Strong expertise in Java, including Java features like streams,
• lambdas, and functional programming.
• Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Spring (Core, Boot, Security, Data)
• and hibernate.
• Microservices: Proven experience in designing and developing
• microservices using Spring Boot.
• Database: Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and
• NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
