Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced and technically proficient Java React Developer to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA professionals—to deliver innovative solutions that meet business needs.
Your expertise will contribute to the continuous technical evolution of our products, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience.

Software Requirements
Required software proficiency:
Java (Java SE and Java EE, with a focus on Java 8 or later)
React.js (latest stable release or version 8+)
Modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Build tools: Webpack, Babel
Backend frameworks: Spring Boot / Spring MVC
Version control: Git
Database management: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB)
CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
Development environments: IntelliJ IDEA, Visual Studio Code
Preferred software skills:

Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP

Overall Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications using Java and React.js, ensuring responsiveness and performance.
Drive the architecture discussions for complex projects, providing technical guidance and best practices.
Implement, review, and enforce coding standards, documentation, and testing protocols to maintain high-quality and secure software.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design prototypes into functional interfaces; work with product managers to interpret requirements.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security in line with industry best practices.
Mentor and support junior developers, fostering continuous learning and growth within the team.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure iterative delivery.
Keep abreast of emerging technologies and integrate relevant advancements to improve our development processes and solutions.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focusing on code quality, security, and system reliability.

Experience Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on Java backend and modern front-end technologies.
Proven track record in designing and delivering enterprise-grade web applications.
Demonstrable experience in leading development teams and participating in architecture discussions.
Strong understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and integration processes.
Exposure to cloud deployment, automation, and DevOps practices.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Java Certifications, React certifications) preferred.
