Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.</p><br/><p>- <b>Experience : </b> Minimum of 8 years of experience in Java development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team lead role.</p><br/><p>- <b>Technical Skills : </b> Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and other relevant technologies.

Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) is preferred.

Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.</p><br/><p>- <b>Leadership Skills : </b> Proven ability to lead and motivate a development team.
