<p><p>About the Role :<br/><br/>We are seeking a Technical Architect with deep expertise in digital services, cloud-native architecture, and microservices to lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative fintech solutions.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape next-generation enterprise applications in a fast-paced environment, working closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities :<br/><br/>- Lead the architecture and design of scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions, particularly in fintech and digital banking domains.<br/><br/>- Drive solution development using Java Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, and other modern technology stacks.<br/><br/>- Champion API-first and event-driven design principles to build robust digital ecosystems.<br/><br/>- Oversee cloud-based deployment strategies and ensure effective data migration and security implementations.<br/><br/>- Manage and mentor a team of engineers and architects, ensuring technical alignment and quality delivery.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, define system capabilities, and guide integration strategies.<br/><br/>- Enforce architectural best practices across the development lifecycle, from solution design to deployment.<br/><br/>- Address scalability, performance, and security concerns in enterprise-grade fintech systems.<br/><br/>Required Skills & Experience :<br/><br/>- Minimum 12 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in an architect role within fintech or financial services.<br/><br/>- Strong background in solution design and architecture for cloud-native and microservices-based platforms.<br/><br/>- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot/Quarkus, REST APIs, PostgreSQL (or similar RDBMS), Kubernetes, and Kafka.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of architecture and design patterns: microservices, API-first, event-driven, composable architecture.<br/><br/>- Proven ability to deliver full-stack solutions covering application, data, infrastructure, and security.<br/><br/>- Certifications in TOGAF and/or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) are highly desirable.<br/><br/>Preferred Qualifications :<br/><br/>- Experience in lending, transaction banking, or broader fintech solutions.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with enterprise software integration patterns, particularly in financial services.<br/><br/>- Proficiency with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.<br/><br/>- Working knowledge of MongoDB, RabbitMQ, and similar technologies.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
