<p><p><b>Job Title : </b> Technical Lead - Java / Spring Boot.<br/><br/><b>Experience Required : </b> 7 - 10 years overall, with at least 2+ years in a Technical Lead role.<br/><br/><b>Location : </b> Mumbai.<br/><br/><b>Role Overview :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot to lead a team of 2 - 10 engineers (junior and senior).</p><p><br/>The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end SDLC, designing scalable architectures, and delivering enterprise-grade solutions in a collaborative environment.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Lead, mentor, and manage a development team of 210 engineers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to production deployment and go-live.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA, DevOps, and other technical tracks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement and enforce best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design, develop, and maintain microservices and event-driven architectures.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure optimal integration of RDBMS and NoSQL databases within applications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Oversee CI/CD processes and deployments using Jenkins and Docker.<br/><br/></p><p>- Facilitate knowledge sharing, code reviews, and technical documentation.<br/><br/><p><b>Core Skills & Technologies : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Languages : Java 8+ (Primary), Basic Python.<br/><br/></p><p>- Frameworks : Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring AOP.<br/><br/></p><p>- Databases : PostgreSQL (RDBMS), Cassandra, MongoDB (NoSQL).<br/><br/></p><p>- Cache : Redis, Elastic.<br/><br/></p><p>- Messaging : Kafka, MQ.<br/><br/></p><p>- Architecture : Enterprise Architecture, Microservices, Event-Driven, Data-Driven Systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- CI/CD Tools : Jenkins, Docker.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design & Architecture : Strong understanding of design patterns and scalable architecture </p><p>principles.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitoring tools : ELK, Prometheus, Grafana.<br/><br/><p><b>Good to Have : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Knowledge of Data Lake and Data Warehouse concepts.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to large-scale distributed systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to any of cloud provider [GCP, AWS, Azure].<br/><br/><p><b>Qualifications : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- 7 - 10 years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a technical </p><p>leadership role.</p><p><br/>- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software on time.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
