We are seeking an experienced and motivated trainer for our training initiatives within Litmus7.
The candidate must have a technology background.
Should have a solid background of at least 5 years in the IT industry.
This role involves designing and delivering training programs for new hires and existing employees, facilitating external training when internal trainers are unavailable, developing training plans and content with SMEs, and maintaining comprehensive training records.
The candidate must be comfortable handling technical training sessions in Java, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Front end technologies like React ,Type Script etc., Git, Maven, Agile Methodology and Microservices.
Key Responsibilities:
· Curriculum planning, Training Plan, Content & Effectiveness: Develop tailored training curriculums, detailed training plans in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders.
Ensure that training plans align with company goals, project needs, and industry best practices.
Design and create effective training content, including presentations, exercises, and assessments.
Work with SMEs to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the content.
Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Continuously improve training content and delivery methods based on evaluation results.
· Training Delivery: Deliver comprehensive technical training programs for freshers and existing employees on topics including Java, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Front end technologies like React ,Type Script etc., Git, Maven, Agile Methodology and Microservices.
· Collaboration: Work closely with technology practice leads to understand project-specific requirements and tailor training programs accordingly.
Identify and coordinate with external training providers when internal resources are unavailable.
Ensure that external training aligns with company standards and requirements.
Coordinate with stakeholders to review and validate training plans and content.
Incorporate feedback to ensure that training meets the needs of the organization and its employees.
Collaborate with project teams to provide targeted training that supports project needs and ensures that new hires and existing employees are prepared for their roles
· Create and Maintain records: Create and maintain training materials to support the delivery of training programs.
Update content as needed based on feedback and changes in technology.
Maintain accurate and organized records of training sessions, including recordings, attendance, feedback, and assessments.
Ensure that records are accessible for review and reporting purposes.
· Knowledge Management: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Incorporate relevant advancements into training programs to keep content current.
