<p><p><b>Position Overview : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in AI, Generative AI, Data Engineering, Data Analytics to lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact projects.
The ideal candidate will drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of scalable, data-driven, and cloud-native Responsibilities : </b></p><br/></p><p>Project Planning & Execution : <br/><br/></p><p>- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive end-to-end execution of AI/GenAI, Data Engineering, and Cloud projects.<br/><br/>Project Tracking & Reporting : <br/><br/></p><p>- Track progress against KPIs, deliverables, and timelines using project management tools <br/><br/></p><p>- Provide regular project status updates, dashboards, and executive reports to stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; define mitigation plans proactively.<br/><br/>Stakeholder & Team Management : <br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with engineering, data science, product, and business teams to align priorities and deliver value.<br/><br/></p><p>- Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage vendor engagements and third-party solution providers, where applicable.<br/><br/>Technology Leadership : <br/><br/></p><p>- Apply understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI (LLMs, NLP, Vision, etc.), Data Engineering, and Cloud architectures to guide teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure adherence to best practices in data governance, security, compliance, and scalability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Promote agile delivery methodologies and DevOps Skills & Qualifications : </b></p><br/></p><p>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- 12+ years of total experience, with at least 3+ years in project/program management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience delivering AI/ML, GenAI, or Data-driven projects on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, understanding of : </b></p><br/></p><p>- AI/ML & GenAI technologies (LLMs, NLP, Generative Models, AI frameworks).<br/><br/></p><p>- Data Engineering (ETL pipelines, data lakes, real-time streaming, big data frameworks like Spark).<br/><br/></p><p>- Data Analytics & Visualization (BI tools, dashboards, reporting frameworks).<br/><br/></p><p>- Cloud Services (compute, storage, containerization, serverless, Kubernetes).<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent project management skills with hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe, or Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) are a plus.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
