You have found the right team.<br/><br/> As a Financial Analyst in our Finance team, you will spend each day defining, refining, and delivering set goals for our firm.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Firmwide Regulatory Reporting & Analysis (FRRA) function, which is responsible for the design, implementation, and execution of comprehensive processes for U.S. Regulatory Reporting.

</p><p><br/></p><p>This includes Consolidated, Capital, Standalone, and CCAR/DFAST/ICAAP reporting, as well as select International Regulatory Reporting across APAC, EMEA, UK, and LATAM regions.

You will also contribute to regulatory reporting training and exam management, and help drive strategic initiatives across external reporting, such as accountability, error and issue management, manual adjustments, variance analysis, quality assurance, and the development of our target U.S. Regulatory Reporting platform.<br/><br/> In addition, you will collaborate with the Data Controllers and Reporting (DCR) team, a global organization within FRRA that provides a centralized data repository to enhance efficiency and accessibility of underlying data.

Your work will help deliver operational services that enable LEC and Reporting teams to focus on report review and submission, support straight-through processing for external regulatory reporting, simplify financial information and reduce risk, inform owners of regulatory reporting platforms, and ensure data validation, completeness, and accuracy through reconciliation, adjustments, and data quality management.<br/><br/> Join us to make an impact by driving solutions and supporting the firm's regulatory reporting and financial analysis objectives.<br/><br/> Job Responsibilities<br/><br/> - Apply up-to-date product/industry/market knowledge in specialty areas of reporting<br/><br/> - Consolidate, review, and analyze quarterly financial data for accuracy and completeness; perform quarter-over-quarter variance analytics<br/><br/> - Coordinate data collection and quarterly business results with various lines of business, Regulatory Controllers and reporting teams<br/><br/> - Assist in the thorough assessment of the issues and outcomes<br/><br/> - Clearly communicate financial information to the lines of businesses, and flag potential issues<br/><br/> - Participate in various aspects for the production, review and filing of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports for various regulatory agencies that are used by the regulators for compiling widely-used statistics on the levels of, and changes in, domestic and international portfolio positions<br/><br/> - Adhere to proof & control procedures to ensure accurate reconciliation between regulatory filings,<br/><br/> - Adhere to various control procedures and edit checks to ensure the integrity of reported financial results<br/><br/> - Ensure accurate and complete data submission to the Regulators<br/><br/> - Interpret and define regulatory requirements and coordinate internal and external policies<br/><br/> - Establish and manage relationships with the line of business as well as with external regulatory agency constituents through ongoing partnership and dialogue<br/><br/> - Participate in continuous improvement effort around data quality review and external reporting improvement projects<br/><br/> Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills<br/><br/> - 2 years in a Finance organization with exposure to accounting, financial statements, and/or regulatory reporting<br/><br/> - Degree in Accounting or Finance<br/><br/> - Strong skills in time management, problem solving, written and oral communication<br/><br/> - Team player, with ability to work effectively across diverse functions, locations and businesses<br/><br/> - Excellent Excel and computer skills<br/><br/> - Strong analytical skills<br/><br/> - Strong organizational and time management skills<br/><br/> Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills<br/><br/> - Project management experience/skills helpful<br/><br/> - Experience in Product Control, Financial Control or knowledge Reg reporting a plus<br/><br/> - Team management experience<br/><br/> JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
