You have found the right team.<br/><br/>- As an Associate in our Finance team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.<br/><br/> Job Responsibilities:<br/><br/> - Support forecasting of business results under a variety of stress and baseline scenarios.<br/><br/> - Maintain, enhance and develop financial models in Excel and/or strategic platforms<br/><br/> - Support capital-related planning, forecasting and reporting<br/><br/> - Work with quantitative modeling teams on model design and implementation<br/><br/> - Analyze financial data to describe key drivers of change in results, comparing multiple exercises<br/><br/> - Partner with Corporate, Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A), Finance and Risk functions to timely meet deliverables submitted at the Firmwide level to regulators and used at the most senior levels in the organization to understand the business' risk to adverse macroeconomic environments<br/><br/> - Support the business on ad-hoc analytical projects<br/><br/> Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:<br/><br/> - Minimum of CA or an MBA in Finance is required<br/><br/> - 4+ years of Finance experience, preferably in Financial Services and avid user of technology like Alteryx/tableau/Python to bring in efficiencies.<br/><br/> - Thoroughness and attention to detail and high level of accuracy given contribution to regulatory submissions<br/><br/> - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly strength in Excel and PowerPoint<br/><br/> - Skills in communication, writing, organization, and time management<br/><br/> Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:<br/><br/> - Strong quantitative, working with data sets, analytical, and problem solving skills<br/><br/> - Ability to manage multiple projects within concurrent deadlines<br/><br/> - A desire to partner with diverse teams and work in a team environment to ensure business objectives are met<br/><br/> - The ability to comprehend and clearly communicate complex concepts and maintain composure in a large group setting with multiple<br/><br/> JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
