<p>Description: <br/><br/></p><p> As a Capital Reporting - Associate within the Capital Reporting Regulatory group, you will build your career in the regulatory space by preparing and analyzing daily and weekly capital adequacy monitoring information, reporting externally to regulators, and developing familiarity with key reporting tools and regulatory rules.
You will also be involved in monthly/quarterly reconciliations, data cleansing, and investigating trends to provide management commentary.
Additionally, you will understand the reporting model infrastructure and implement streamlined process solutions for a more efficient reporting model, while participating in non-BAU tasks such as projects and control initiatives.<br/><br/> Job Responsibilities:<br/><br/> - Prepare and analyze daily and weekly capital adequacy monitoring information.<br/><br/> - Compile and submit external reports to the regulator on a quarterly basis.<br/><br/> - Develop familiarity with key reporting tools such as AXIOM/Capri and CRD4 regulatory rules.<br/><br/> - Reconcile monthly and quarterly data, performing data cleansing to ensure integrity of reported numbers.<br/><br/> - Review and investigate trends, providing insightful commentary for management.<br/><br/> - Understand the reporting model infrastructure and implement streamlined process solutions to enhance reporting efficiency.<br/><br/> - Participate in non-BAU tasks, including projects and control initiatives that impact the legal entity and financial reporting function.<br/><br/> Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:<br/><br/> - Minimum 3 years of work experience in Capital Reporting space<br/><br/> - Good academics and strong accounting knowledge<br/><br/> - Strong interpersonal and team working skills<br/><br/> - Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills<br/><br/> - Flexibility to work under pressure to meet changing work requirements and strict deadlines<br/><br/> - Ability to communicate effectively at all levels<br/><br/> - Strong attention to detail<br/><br/> - Investment banking product knowledge including derivatives, equities, and debt securities<br/><br/> - Strong in Microsoft Office - Excel, Access, Outlook, Word and Powerpoint<br/><br/> Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:<br/><br/> - Knowledge of Capital Regulatory Reporting<br/><br/> JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
