You have found the right team.<br/><br/> As an Associate within our Private Equity Group, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.<br/><br/> Job Responsibilities<br/><br/> - Create and maintain client materials, including portfolio reviews and performance analytics.<br/><br/> - Improve benchmarking and respond to ad-hoc data requests for clients and prospects.<br/><br/> - Build and update analytical models and Excel templates for commitment modeling and cash flow projections.<br/><br/> - Liaise with information management colleagues, client service managers, and technology teams to streamline and automate reporting.<br/><br/> - Reconcile transaction activity between custodian and Private i reports.<br/><br/> - Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies across reports and systems.<br/><br/> - Respond promptly to client and portfolio manager information requests.<br/><br/> - Prepare monthly and quarterly reports in agreement with client requirements.<br/><br/> - Disseminate reports to appropriate internal and external parties.<br/><br/> - Liaise with custodians to ensure accurate reconciliation of monthly and quarterly activity.<br/><br/> - Evaluate investment performance and identify efficiencies in business processes to support growth.<br/><br/> Required qualifications, capabilities and skills<br/><br/> - At least 4 years of experience in private equity, finance, information management, data analytics<br/><br/> - Skilled in Microsoft Excel<br/><br/> - Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.<br/><br/> - Strong communication, spreadsheet, and analytical skills.<br/><br/> - Excellent organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.<br/><br/> - Demonstrated analytical skills and financial modeling aptitude.<br/><br/> - Ability to prioritize responsibilities and ad-hoc requests in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.<br/><br/> - Quick learner with the ability to execute new tasks in real-time.<br/><br/> - Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.<br/><br/> - Willingness to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and independently when needed.<br/><br/> - Strong client focus.<br/><br/> JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
