You will collaborate across teams to deliver impactful solutions and foster a culture of innovation and growth.<br/><br/> Job responsibilities:<br/><br/> - Lead partnerships with Operations stakeholders and Product groups to drive data-informed strategies<br/><br/> - Build business cases, design tests, and analyze pilot program performance to inform customer strategies<br/><br/> - Analyze customer interactions across channels to identify journeys and friction points<br/><br/> - Develop and report on Operations performance metrics and KPIs using advanced analytical tools<br/><br/> - Create self-serve tools to empower decision-makers with real-time information<br/><br/> - Mentor and coach a team of data professionals, driving consistent high performance<br/><br/> Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:<br/><br/> - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field and twelve years of applied data analytics experience<br/><br/> - Hands-on experience in system design, data analysis, and operational stability<br/><br/> - Proficient in at least four data analytics tools or technologies (SQL, Python, SAS, Tableau, Alteryx)<br/><br/> - Strong database skills and ability to write, optimize, and tune complex SQL scripts<br/><br/> - Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, manage projects end-to-end, and deliver under strict timelines<br/><br/> - Excellent communication skills to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders<br/><br/> - Solid understanding of IT processes, databases, and analytics data hub development<br/><br/> Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:<br/><br/> - Experience in financial services or consulting supporting financial firms<br/><br/> - Familiarity with big data disciplines, AWS, and Agile methodologies<br/><br/> - Hands-on experience with sourcing, transforming, and analyzing structured and unstructured data<br/><br/> - Growth mindset and passion for continuous learning and sharing industry knowledge<br/><br/> JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
