As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to the development of operational plans and risk management strategies, ensuring the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.<br/><br/> Job responsibilities:<br/><br/> - Leads the delivery of transformational Agentic AI initiatives, developing and executing comprehensive project plans that incorporate advanced technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of innovative solutions.<br/><br/> - Identifies and mitigates risks associated with AI adoption, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain program momentum and integrity.<br/><br/> - Collaborates with cross-functional teams-including engineering, data science, product, and business stakeholders-to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with the Global Private Bank's strategic goals.<br/><br/> - Utilizes advanced analytical reasoning and data-driven insights to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and AI model performance.<br/><br/> - Champions the adoption of agile methodologies, AI best practices, and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and innovation within the team.<br/><br/> - Drives change management and stakeholder engagement for transformational AI programs, ensuring successful integration and adoption across the organization.<br/><br/> - Manages effectively with a team-first attitude, fostering trust, open communication, and shared success.<br/><br/> Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:<br/><br/> - 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization<br/><br/> - Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients<br/><br/> - Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services<br/><br/> - Deep technical fluency in AI/ML technologies, cloud platforms, and data engineering, including experience with vendor products and managing vendor relations to enable scalable, on-demand access to applications and services.<br/><br/> - Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment, with demonstrated success in delivering transformational technology programs.<br/><br/> - Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning, problem-solving techniques, and data-driven decision-making to break down complex business, technical, or operational objectives into actionable tasks and deliverables.<br/><br/> - Experience with regulatory, ethical, and risk management considerations in deploying AI solutions within financial services<br/><br/> Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:<br/><br/> - Experience leading large-scale AI transformation programs in financial services or highly regulated industries.<br/><br/> - Knowledge of agentic AI architectures, generative AI, and responsible AI practices.<br/><br/> - Familiarity with cloud-native AI platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps frameworks.<br/><br/> - Familiarity with data privacy, security, and compliance requirements in global banking environments.<br/><br/> - Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or AI/ML technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, PMI-ACP).<br/><br/> - Incessant curiosity and drive to learn about new technologies that are on the bleeding edge, with a passion for continuous personal and professional growth.<br/><br/> - Comfortable operating in a team tasked with achieving moon shots-ambitious, transformational goals that push the boundaries of what's possible.<br/><br/><b>Note :</b> For your candidature to be considered on this job, you need to apply necessarily on the company's redirected page of this job.
