<p><p><b>Role Overview : </b><br/><br/></p><p>We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Automation Engineer with hands-on expertise in UI Path, Automation Testing, C#, Selenium, and Test Framework Development.
The candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining automation frameworks to ensure high-quality delivery of RPA and software applications.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation test frameworks using C# and Selenium.<br/><br/></p><p>- Create, execute, and optimize BDD/SpecFlow-based automation test scripts.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement UI Path automation workflows for RPA testing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform test automation using TestComplete and maintain automation suites.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct data-driven testing and behavior-driven development (BDD) to improve test coverage.<br/><br/></p><p>- Execute and analyze performance testing using JMeter/LoadRunner (preferred).<br/><br/></p><p>- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with developers, QA, and business analysts to ensure end-to-end test coverage.<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot automation issues, identify bottlenecks, and optimize test efficiency.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain detailed documentation of test processes, scripts, and results.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Expertise : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Strong programming skills in C# (mandatory) with proficiency in writing advanced test scripts.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience in Selenium, NUnit, SpecFlow, Visual Studio.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency with TestComplete automation tool and object recognition.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of RPA automation workflows with UI Path.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in test suite creation, execution, and maintenance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) advantage.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Python, and PowerShell (must have in at least one engineer on team).<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of Java, Python, or additional programming languages advantage.<br/><br/></p><p>- Prior experience in healthcare domain testing preferred.<br/><br/><b>Candidate Profile : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- 2-5 years of experience in automation testing & RPA workflows.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to design scalable automation frameworks and optimize testing efforts.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Quick learner, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
