Role: Junior Python Engineer

Description: We are seeking a Junior Python Engineer with a strong foundation in Python programming and API development to join our dynamic technology team.

This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is exploratory by nature, eager to learn and motivated to work on next-generation AI technologies, including Generative AI applications.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based backend services, APIs, and microservices.
• Assist in integrating third-party APIs and cloud-based AI services into existing systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support proof-of-concept and production-ready projects.
• Conduct debugging, testing, and performance optimization for APIs and backend services.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, particularly in Generative AI ecosystems.

Must Have

• 1 to 2 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on Python.
• Proficiency in Python concepts, including object-oriented programming, error handling, and testing.
• Strong experience in API development (RESTful APIs, FastAPI).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies particularly in the Generative AI domain.

Good to have

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
• Basic understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Interest or hands-on exposure to LLMs, LangChain or other Generative AI frameworks.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and event-driven architectures.
