In this role, you will provide technical assistance to customers and internal teams by troubleshooting, resolving, and documenting issues related to our software solutions-primarily built on Java and Python, with a strong focus on security technologies including PKI (Public Key Infrastructure).</div> <div>This is an excellent opportunity for early-career engineers who are passionate about customer success, problem-solving, and working on secure software platforms.</div> <div> </div> <div>Key Responsibilities</div> <ul> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px">Respond to support tickets and technical inquiries from customers via email, chat, and ticketing systems.</li> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px">Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Java and Python-based applications.</li> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px">Investigate and assist with cryptographic protocols, certificate validation, key management, and other PKI-related functions.</li> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px">Reproduce customer-reported issues in internal environments and work with engineering teams for resolution.</li> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px">Write and maintain support documentation, knowledge base articles, and diagnostic tools.</li> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px">Escalate complex technical issues to senior support engineers or development teams as needed.</li> </ul> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div>Required Qualifications</div> <ul> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px">Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px">2-3 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role.</li> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px">Proficient in Java and Python for debugging and scripting tasks.</li> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px">Understanding of PKI concepts including X.509 certificates, SSL/TLS, digital signatures, and keystores.</li> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px">Familiarity with tools such as keytool, openssl, or similar.</li> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px">Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li> </ul> <div>Preferred Qualifications</div> <ul> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px">Experience working with REST APIs, and tools like Postman.</li> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px">Exposure to Linux/Unix environments and command-line tools.</li> <li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px">Understanding of secure coding practices and security-first design.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px;text-align:justify;">Experience with ticketing systems like Service Now, Jira.</li> </ul> <p style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px"> </p> <p style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px"> </p> <p style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px"> </p> <p style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px"> </p>
