<p><p><b>Location :</b> Gurgaon (GGN).<br/><br/> <b>Experience Level :</b> 11+ years.<br/><br/> <b>Job Summary :</b><br/><br/> We are looking for a seasoned Senior DevOps Architect with deep expertise in Azure DevOps (ADO) to lead the evolution of our DevOps landscape.<br/><br/> The Senior DevOps Architect Azure Specialist will design, implement, and optimize cloud-native DevOps solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure, with a focus on automation, security, and reliability.<br/><br/> <b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/> - Create and Optimize CI/CD Pipelines : Architect, automate, and improve CI/CD workflows to maximize speed and reliability of software delivery using Azure DevOps services or similar tools.<br/><br/> - Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Lead the implementation and management of IaC using Terraform or equivalent tools, ensuring repeatable and secure resource provisioning.<br/><br/> - Containerization and Orchestration : Manage and orchestrate containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (GKE), including deployment, scaling, and troubleshooting container platforms.<br/><br/> - Automation Scripting : Develop versatile automation scripts in Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages to streamline operations and repetitive tasks.<br/><br/> - Monitoring & Logging : Establish comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks leveraging Prometheus, Grafana, Stackdriver, and/or Azure-native tools for proactive system reliability.<br/><br/> - DevSecOps & Governance : Champion DevSecOps best practices by integrating security and governance into all cloud and DevOps processes, including continuous compliance checks and identity management.<br/><br/> - Identity & Access Management : Integrate and manage identity and access management systems using Keycloak or similar tools, including RBAC and SSO configuration.<br/><br/> - Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with development, security, and operations teams to align DevOps initiatives with business and compliance goals.<br/><br/> <b>Required Skills & Qualifications :</b><br/><br/> - 11+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud architecture, and automation, with deep hands-on experience in Azure cloud services at least 6 years.<br/><br/> - Proven leadership of complex DevOps transformations in enterprise environments.<br/><br/> - Strong working knowledge of AKS services (Compute Engine, Cloud Functions, VPC, Pub/Sub, etc.<br/><br/> - Expertise in CI/CD tools : Azure Pipeline, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, etc.<br/><br/> - Proven skills in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).<br/><br/> - Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.<br/><br/> - Strong scripting skills in Bash (PowerShell preferred for Azure) or Python.<br/><br/> - Proficient in using and integrating Keycloak for IAM.<br/><br/> - Experience in designing and deploying serverless architectures.<br/><br/> - Hands-on experience with HashiCorp tools like Vault, Consul, and Nomad.<br/><br/> - Strong understanding of security best practices and DevSecOps principles; Keycloak or Azure AD integration.<br/><br/> - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and deployment issues.<br/><br/> <b>Preferred Qualifications :</b><br/><br/> - Azure certification (e., Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer).<br/><br/> - Experience in other high-availability environments.<br/><br/> - Exposure to hybrid or multi-cloud architectures.<br/><br/> - Experience with service meshes (Istio, Linkerd).<br/> </p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
