<p><p>The Key Account Manager will manage the companys most important client accounts, ensuring long-term retention, satisfaction, and growth.<br/><br/> This role demands a strategic, consultative approach and excellent relationship management skills to drive value for both clients and the company.<br/><br/>Looking for candidates having experience in ISP/Telecom domain.</p><p><br/><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, building trusted advisor relationships.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop deep understanding of clients business goals, challenges, and industry landscape.<br/><br/></p><p>- Create and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, renewals, and customer satisfaction.<br/><br/></p><p>- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with sales </p><p>teams to close deals.<br/><br/></p><p>- Coordinate internally across delivery, support, product, and finance teams to ensure exceptional client service.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor account performance and financial health, proactively addressing risks and opportunities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Negotiate contract renewals and amendments to maximize value and client retention.<br/><br/></p><p>- Prepare and deliver regular business reviews and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay updated on market trends and competitors to provide clients with valuable insights.<br/><br/></p><p>- Act as a client advocate within the company to ensure responsiveness and continuous & Skills</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- 8-10 years of experience in key account management or strategic client management in ISP/Telecom domain.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven success managing large enterprise accounts and complex relationships.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Customer-focused and proactive approach to client success</p><br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
