<p>Role Overview:<br/><br/>We are seeking an experienced and customer-centric Key Account Manager to ensure seamless client onboarding, delivery, and long-term relationship management.<br/><br/> The role requires someone who can act as the bridge between sales, delivery, and clients rela</p><p>ensuring customer success, retention, and growth.<br/><br/>What Youll Do:<br/><br/>As a full-time Key Account Manager, you will:<br/><br/>- Lead client onboarding and ensure smooth handover from the sales team.<br/><br/>- Manage end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.<br/><br/>- Act as the primary point of contact for clients post-contract signing.<br/><br/>- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, product, delivery) to ensure client requirements are met.<br/><br/>- Track client health, proactively address issues, and resolve escalations quickly.<br/><br/>- Develop and present account review reports, success metrics, and ROI to clients.<br/><br/>- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and opportunities in CRM tools.<br/><br/>- Identify patterns in client needs and provide feedback to improve Hack2skills offerings.<br/><br/>You Should Have:<br/><br/>- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.<br/><br/>- Minimum 5+ years of experience in post-sales, client success, or account management, preferably in the IT/SaaS/Services sector.<br/><br/>- Proven track record of managing enterprise clients and delivering projects successfully.<br/><br/>- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.<br/><br/>- Ability to handle multiple accounts/projects simultaneously.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting.<br/><br/>- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure client success and ROI.<br/><br/>- Problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude</p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
