<p><p><b>Job Description :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>As a Senior Frontend Developer with at least three years' professional experience, you will design, build, and maintain our web applications, client-facing sites, and internal admin/CMS interfaces.
</p><p><br/></p><p>You will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers.
And product managers to deliver seamless, performant, and accessible user experiences across all surfaces.</p><br/><p><b>Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Convert UX/UI designs into modular, reusable components using Next.js and React.js .<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and enhance client-facing websites, admin dashboards, and CMS-driven applications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure applications are fully responsive, cross-browser, and cross-device compatible.<br/><br/></p><p>- Optimize performance (lazy-loading, code-splitting) to reduce load times.<br/><br/></p><p>- Integrate front-end with RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints in collaboration with backend teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented JavaScript (ES6+), Typescript, HTML5 and CSS3 code.<br/><br/></p><p>- Employ Tailwind CSS for utility-rst styling and rapid UI development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Employ CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS) or CSS-in-JS solutions for styling.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical discussions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain version-control workflows using Git, branch strategies, and pull requests.<br/><br/></p><p>- Write and maintain unit and integration tests using Jest, React Testing Library, or similar.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure all functionality meets accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 ARIA roles, keyboard navigation, screen-reader support).<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay abreast of emerging frontend trends and propose improvements to our stack.</p><br/><p><b>Requirements :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p><p>- 4-6 years' hands-on experience in frontend development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong proficiency in React.js and Next.js frameworks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3<br/><br/></p><p>- Demonstrable experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API, or equivalent).<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with module bundlers and build tools (Webpack, Vite).<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven track record of writing unit tests and maintaining a test suite.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deep understanding of accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.1 guidelines, ARIA) and experience auditing for compliance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience developing CMS-driven applications (e.
