<p><b>Role : Support Engineer (L1/L2, 1.5 5 yrs exp) </b><br/><br/>Your mission : Keep the digital world running.<br/><br/> This isnt just IT support its being the first responder when seconds matter and the unseen force behind flawless experiences.<br/><br/><b>What youll do :</b><br/><br/>- Monitor enterprise applications, servers & jobs (24x7)<br/><br/>- Respond to alerts, tickets & client escalations<br/><br/>- Run batch jobs, reports & scheduled processes<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot issues, recover systems & analyze logs<br/><br/>- Coordinate with tech teams for fixes & upgrades<br/><br/><b>What were looking for :</b><br/><br/>- 1.55 years of L1/L2 production support<br/><br/>- Excellent English communication with neutral accent<br/><br/>- Hands-on with Linux, Windows, job scheduling, monitoring tools (Nagios, Tivoli, PRTG, Dynatrace, CloudWatch)<br/><br/>Bonus : AWS, Kafka, Node.js, MongoDB, APIs<br/><br/><b>Why join us ?</b><br/><br/>- Work with global clients across industries like retail, airlines & gaming<br/><br/>- Be at the heart of mission-critical production systems<br/><br/>- Build resilience, speed & real-world problem-solving skills</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
