<p><p><b>Position : </b> Developer Support Analyst (L3 Application Support)<br/><br/><b>Experience : </b> 6+ Years<br/><br/><b>Location : </b> Powai, Mumbai, India<br/><br/><b>Job Summary : </b><br/><br/></p><p>We are seeking an experienced Developer Support Analyst with over 6 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will be a technical expert with a proven track record of handling L2/L3 application support.

You will be responsible for conducting deep-dive root cause analysis, implementing bug fixes, and providing permanent solutions to ensure our applications run smoothly.

This role requires strong expertise in the .NET & C# ecosystem and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/><b>L3 Technical Support & Bug Fixing : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Manage and resolve complex L2/L3 application support tickets within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct thorough root cause analysis and implement sustainable bug fixes and permanent solutions for recurring issues.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide expert technical support by troubleshooting and debugging applications at a code level.<br/><br/><b>Release Management & Collaboration : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Support and coordinate software deployment, QA testing, and release management activities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment to ensure seamless delivery and issue resolution.<br/><br/><b>Performance Monitoring & Improvement : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Proactively monitor system performance and identify bottlenecks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Suggest and implement technical improvements to enhance application stability, performance, and scalability.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills : </b><br/><br/><b>Core Experience : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- 6+ years of hands-on experience in application support, with a focus on L2/L3 roles.<br/><br/><b>Technical Proficiency : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Strong expertise in .NET & C# programming.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with SQL queries for database troubleshooting and data analysis.<br/><br/><b>Cloud & DevOps : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and cloud deployment models.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of SLA management and ITIL-based incident handling procedures.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
